David Yellen

David W. Yellen is an associate director at the Atlantic Council Global Energy Center, where he is responsible for Asia-Pacific research and programming as well as the Center’s hydrogen work. His work focuses on decarbonization technologies, energy security and decarbonization strategies in the Asia-Pacific, and oil and gas in transition.
