Qlue wins Best M-Government Service award at World Government Summit
The World Government Summit is an annual event involving government representatives from across the globe. At the forum, representatives of government officials, policy makers, experts and private companies exchange views about global trends.
As for this year’s event, Qlue was said to surpass five other nominees in the category, including the Pakistan Citizen Portal from Pakistan and NYC 311 from the United States.
Founded in 2016, Qlue is a mobile application designed to accommodate public complaints and requests. According to a statement received by The Jakarta Post, Qlue was considered successful in incorporating communities to help improve governance.
Qlue founder and CEO Rama Raditya expressed his happiness at the achievement, saying that it’s both pride and challenge that keeps motivating the company to innovate and develop smart city technology to help the community, in-line with Qlue’s mission. (jes/mut)
