Future of government: The ingredients required for a successful state
The former prime minister of Libya has warned that states will fail if they don’t adapt to a global world, work towards inclusiveness and recognise that knowledge creates capital – not the other way round.
During Day 2 of the World Government Summit, HE Dr. Mahmoud Gebril reminded delegates to measure their countries in a global context, and become competitive by acquiring essential skills to manage:

- Creativity and innovation
- Uncertainty
- The flow of information
- Diversity
