The World Government Summit 2017, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai, witnessed more than 4,000 global public and private sector officials and leaders from over 150 countries and seven renowned international organizations gather in Dubai to discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by the world today.

Now in its fifth edition, the World Government Summit is an international knowledge exchange platform at the intersection of government, futurism, technology and innovation. Each year, government officials, policy-makers, thought leaders, and private sector trailblazers come together to explore the future of government in the coming decades led by the advancements of mankind.

The Summit is an opportunity for governments and organizations to showcase cutting-edge innovations, the latest trends in best practice and groundbreaking smart solutions to provoke discussion and inspire creativity.
