Alenka Smerkolj is a Minister without portfolio responsible for Development, Strategic Projects and Cohesion in the Slovenian Government. Slovenia has developed a vision for the Slovenian society of 2050 to become a society of happy and successful individuals. This will be achieved by raising the level of environmental awareness, protecting natural resources, and improving the level of health among people.
