On the opening day of the Summit, the XDGs ministerial roundtable convened with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and addressing global challenges. In light of the constantly changing global landscape, the participating ministers sought ways to navigate climate change, technological shifts, and geopolitical dynamics by setting a bold agenda for global development and cross-border cooperation. They emphasized the urgency of a comprehensive global agenda post-2030 to meet evolving global needs and foster practical strategies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
